Building Content

Create and organize courses, learning paths, assessments, and a reusable content library in Arythmatic.

Building Content

This section covers everything you need to create learning experiences in Arythmatic. You can build structured courses with rich lesson types, sequence courses into learning paths, design standalone assessments, organize content with categories, and manage reusable media in the content library.

How the pieces fit together

Content in Arythmatic nests from broad to specific:

Category
  └─ Course
       └─ Section (chapter/module)
            └─ Content item (lesson)
  • A course packages content into a single enrollable experience.
  • Each course holds ordered sections (chapters), and each section holds ordered content items (lessons).
  • Learning Paths sit one level up — they sequence several finished courses into one journey with a single enrollment.
  • Assessments and the Content Library live alongside courses: assessments are standalone quizzes, and the library holds media you reuse across many lessons.

New here? Start with a course. Read Courses Overview, then follow Create a CourseCurriculum BuilderPreview and Publish. Once you have two or more related courses, bundle them into a Learning Path.

Courses

Courses are the core unit of learning in Arythmatic. Each course contains sections (chapters) which contain content items (lessons). Lessons can be videos, audio, text/articles, documents, images, external URLs, quizzes, assignments, or scheduled live meetings — and you can reuse existing media straight from the Content Library.

Learning Paths

Learning Paths let you sequence multiple courses into a single structured journey. Learners enroll once and move through the courses in order.

Assessments

Standalone Assessments are high-stakes quiz experiences separate from course-level quizzes. They support proctoring, sectioned question sets, time limits, and grading workflows.

Content Library

The Content Library is a central repository for reusable media assets — videos, documents, audio files, and images — that can be attached to lessons across multiple courses.

  • Content Library — upload assets, search and filter, check storage, reuse in courses

Categories

Categories give your course catalog a hierarchical structure so learners can browse from broad topics down to specific subjects.

  • Categories — create, nest, reorder, and manage the category tree
